Reports Hub

Reports Hub lists the operational and quality reports your account can run. Open it from the sidebar or go directly to portal.partlogic.co.uk/dynamic-reports.

Note: Example report results below may show little or no stock movement data when a demo tenant has not yet been used operationally. Product descriptions and user emails in screenshots are anonymised.

Overview

Search and sort the Available Reports cards, then use the play control on a card to run it. Catalogue-focused guides: Data quality and Duplicates.

1. Open Reports Hub

Select Reports Hub in the sidebar (or open /dynamic-reports). You will see Available Reports for your role.

Reports Hub showing available reports. Cards that have never been run may show Not run with zero run counts on a new account.
Basic-user view—only reports the account can access (here Data Quality Report and Duplicate Finder).

2. Who sees which reports

Report access is assigned to individual user accounts by PartLogic administrators. Contact PartLogic support to request access to an additional report. Higher-tier plans can also provide access to the Dynamic Reports platform, including additional report customisation and scheduled email delivery. Sidebar and hub cards can vary by account access and assigned report permissions—email support@partlogic.co.uk if you need a report that is not listed for your user.

3. Debit report

Debit covers stock-out style movements—issues, removals, and similar outbound quantity changes. Opening a report shows a Parameters table. For Debit, @DeviceName is typically locked to the current device, while @DateFrom and @DateTo are editable. Set the dates, then click Run.

Debit parameters—device is locked; date range is changeable. Click Run to execute.

After running, results appear below with an execution time and Export To Excel. Demo tenants may show few or blank movement rows until stock has been scanned.

Debit results after Run—product descriptions and user emails anonymised. Demo data may be sparse.

4. Credit report

Credit covers stock-in style movements—receipts, returns, put-away, and similar inbound quantity changes. It uses the same parameter pattern as Debit (device locked, dates editable). Run, then review the lines and export if needed.

Credit report after Run—parameters above, results below. Descriptions and user details anonymised.

5. Stock List

Stock List shows on-hand positions by part and location. Device is locked to the current storeroom. Demo tenants may show Physical as 0 and locations as Not Assigned until stock is scanned.

Stock List—device parameter locked; descriptions anonymised. Blank/zero quantities are normal on a fresh demo tenant.

6. Reorder

Reorder compares physical stock to Min/Max. Parameters such as device and customer code are typically locked for the current context. Export to Excel from the results view when needed.

Reorder results—descriptions anonymised. Physical quantities may be zero when no stock has been scanned yet.

Export and BI

Each run view includes Export To Excel. For ongoing spreadsheet or BI workflows, use the Stock API with Google Sheets or Power BI.
