PartLogic documentation
For everyone: words with a dotted underline show a plain-English explanation when you hover (or focus) them—no technical background required.
Find step-by-step guidance for setting up PartLogic, managing product and inventory data, using warehouse workflows and connecting other systems.
New to PartLogic? Start with the Portal signup guide to create your account (14-day free trial within published Free Trial limits; no credit card). Then follow the Portal User Guide (or the short Quick start: part to stock scan) for day-to-day Parts, Uploader, Warehouse, Administration, and Reporting workflows. When you are ready to integrate, create an API key with the Portal API key guide and read the API Reference for authentication and endpoints. Use the Zapier Guide for no-code automation (including Sage Accounting via Zapier), the Shopify guide to create or update store products when PartLogic catalogue data changes, the Google Sheets guide to load stock into a spreadsheet, or the Power BI guide for reporting in Power BI Desktop.
