- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Our standard payment method is Direct Debit, which provides secure, automated billing with no manual intervention required. We also accept all major credit cards for immediate setup and can arrange bank transfers for Enterprise customers. Direct Debit offers the best experience with automatic renewals and reduces payment failures.
- What happens if I exceed my user limit?
- You'll be notified when approaching your limit and can upgrade your plan or purchase additional user licenses.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fees for Starter and Growth plans. Enterprise plans may include implementation services.
- Can I add additional modules to my plan?
- Yes, you can add any of our additional modules to any plan. Modules include Repairs, RFQ, Marketplace/E-Commerce, Auto Goods-In, Auto Goods-Out, and Inventory Solution System Reconciliation.
